Waterman provided civil, structural and electrical designs for 528 refrigerated container (reefer) capacity holding areas.

Waterman also designed the high voltage electrical distribution throughout the Terminal and high voltage supply to Portainer Cranes and the Rail Mounted Gantry Cranes.

Java International Container Port, Indonesia

Major container terminal being constructed on a greenfield site involving 24 stages.

The finished Terminal was designed to contain a 1,800m quay, 19 container cranes and have a handling capacity of a million TEU.

Waterman were involved in the high voltage reticulation throughout the site which included supply to the HV cranes and general electricity supplies to the refrigerated reefer areas.

Facilitation and advisory role to Project Manager to implement outcomes of the Land & Environment Court determination on multiple development applications for this 25Ha industrial estate fronting the Parramatta River.

Endeavour Park Industrial Estate, Caringbah, Sydney Project Management of a 25Ha industrial estate in Caringbah, Sydney, incorporating industrial sub-division for 30 lots, gross pollution traps for stormwater treatment, sewer pumping station and rising main, associated civil works, retaining walls, pavements and road works fronting Botany Bay.

Sutherland Shire Council Cycleway & Foreshore Rejuvination, Sydney

Foreshore re-establishment incorporating cycleway and gross pollution traps adjacent to the Towra Nature Reserve on the Georges River.
