Building Maintenance Units
In the high risk industry of Building Maintenance Units (BMU), Waterman AHW have been able to support our clients by providing independent, third-party assessment of BMU equipment as per AS2550.1 - 2002 Section 7.3.1:
"In addition to periodic and major inspections, third-party inspections should also be carried out."
A Property Manager can feel more confident in the work carried out by their Maintenance Contractor, particularly with the regular changes to Standards, Codes, Best Practice and OH&S requirements, and can be seen to be providing a safe working environment for their employees and contractors, should litigation arise.
