University of Technology (UTS), Sydney
The central plant of the UTS provides chilled water and heating water to six buildings forming the City Campus. The cooling capacity is 14 Megawatts and the heating capacity is 9 Megawatts.
Waterman 's tasks comprised project management, engineering and construction supervision of:
- Replacement of all chillers (3 off)
- Replacement of one boiler and refurbishment of two others
- Conversion of the chilled water circuit from primary only to primary/secondary system
- Introduction of a Building Management System (BMS)
The above works were designed, planned and executed without any disruption to the University's activities. |
